I know it is copyright Infrigment to use the Ferrari logo if you are selling
a related service. Examples ( Repair facilities, car dealership, parts wholesaler or retailer) My question is can you use the name Ferrari or it's
trademark in a non-related field. Examples ( Cleaners, restaurant, bar)
    etc,etc.

Ferrari is a very common italian name. Especially in the ER region where Enzo is from. Once it is not linked to imply you ar einfringing onto the name brand of the Ferrari marke you are safe.

If you open a Ferrari restaurant and have it decked out with models and flags and soforth you can get in trouble though. If it is called Ferrari's Pizza and all you refer to is your family name they do not stand a chance.

A restaurant here in Houston had a sign featuring the rectangular shield,
    and was named Ferrari's.

Closed down before I could eat there and discuss it.

In a tiny central Texas town I ran across a similar cafe, thriving!

    Go figure!
