    Does anyone know the name of the Warranty Zone Rep for Texas?. It's very hard to get Ferrari north america to tell you anything.

    Well........welcome!

    I think the start of any warranty claim is with your dealership.

    They submit the issues to FNA for a "ruling" as to the coverage.

    After that, there are certain Federal Laws that apply but you are best served, IMO to let the dealer handle the Factory, on your behalf.

    YMMV.
