I am looking to replace the rims on my 1983 308 QV. Can anyone tell me if these will fit? 2005 Ferrari 612 rims and tires. They are 18" bolt pattern seems to be the same. They were on a 82 Mondial which is basically the same offsets. Can anyone verify this please. Will I need spacers? Thanks :)

Wont fit with out being modified. 308's run an almost zero offset.

17" wheels are probably as big as you can go without putting additional stress on the suspension geometry.

I'm 99% sure they won't. Wheels that just bolt right up to a 308 are actually hard to come by. Early 328 wheel will work. I know that a few owners will use 4 front wheels off of 355, 360, 550's ect.

The necessary bolt pattern is 5/105. I cannot remember the offsets and alas, I could not find my notes on them either. I know the 16" BBS RS1s have the proper offset.

I think I'll just get my original OEM wheels refinished and keep the car original. :)

Your 16" Cromadoras are quite valuable. Make sure you use a reputable shop that knows magnesium alloys. True 'mag wheels'.

As we discussed at Cars & Coffee in July, they are so valuable that getting a set of cheapie 17s make sense to protect the OEMs. (Gawd, what is happening to me? I am starting to write like a collector rather than driver!)
