What Auction company, because I do not see those numbers on the MMR here this morning?

Chris I noticed your sales are from 2007 and mid 08 and his sales are more from Dec-08, that would clearly explain the pricing difference. Do the december sales not show up in your system?

I am stunned by the dec sales prices...need to get a dealer license! haha...

 

Nope the numbers are updated in real time on the internet MMR..I have went through the Central Fl post sales results and have not found these cars..I am not saying the sales did not happen..but they are not in MMR or in the post sales results that I posted above.

 

Theses results you posted above are last years and the year before. More up to date information would be appropriate.

Who cares what they did in 2007 or 2008.

 

They are the current report...These are from today...There have not been any sold cars through the lanes reporting...Thats why I was asking which sale and date! thats why I posted the post sales...

And no Fcars ware sold...so thats why I asked the OP which date!

 

Last sale 9/08? What, are they hiding the rest? The big dump came in Nov. These prices are now immaterial.

Nope there are 2 other networks that dealers use for Fcars...Thats why I asked the OP which sale and auction company and what date..because there are no sold fcars since 9/08..There have been fcars offered but have been no solds...For the most part cars that do end up at Manheim are cars that did not sell or ware rejected from the other networks..On one network there ware 11 cars listed 2 ware cars needed now in dec. and now there are 12 cars listed and 8 are cars needed...

But that was my question..Others here can check MMR and the post sales results the same that I am and they will see they same as I see...

 

There have been no Ferraris wholesaled since September?!

 

Apparently not through Manheim...I do know that there have been a number of Fcars that ran through the lanes but it appears they have all been no sales...

I went to the post sales at Centarl FL and is showed no Fcars..

There have been cars offered through the other 2 networks like I said in december there ware 11 cars listed and 2 ware cars needed in January there have been 12 cars listed and 8 ware cars needed...

But there are number of memebers here that can see Manheim, they can go to staright the post sales and not use the MMR they will see that what i posted is what is listed...

 

Depends on whether you are looking for trends or an immediate purchase.

 

I believe these numbers to be more accurate....ive seen to many dealer types trying to spin....just like the Lambo's of LOC garbage that VW were going to repo the cars, which turned out to be false...

I do not disagree with you! But please understand..that what I posted was right off the MMR and post sales from today..anybody with Manheim can see the samething I am seeing...there is no spin, I just can not find any record from any Manheim sale to back the OP...thats why I asked..They are not in the post sales, the MMR or even in recent sales...

And ware did you read or hear that VW did not repo 2 of the cars from LOC?

 

I have access to Manheim data, and I see the same numbers Chris posted, as of 2 minutes ago. Strange that Manheim doesn't list any newer sales, I'm sure SOMETHING must have sold Q4 08.

 

Did you look through the post sales results from the Centeral FL sale? I can not find the OP's numbers anywhere...

"And ware did you read or hear that VW did not repo 2 of the cars from LOC?" They were returned..they had clear title.I guess you have not kept up with the thread...VW case was thrown out of court against LOC...

 

I have been reading it, but as it was pointed out, dismissed without prejudice, so that VW could refile...That is real mess!

 

From the OC Register 22 JAN 09:

An Orange County Superior Court judge today dismissed a lawsuit against Lamborghini Orange County, once the world’s largest dealer of the Italian-made exotic autos, because Volkswagen Credit Inc. did not present a strong enough case to get punitive damages.

“We’re very happy with the ruling and we’ll wait to see what VCI does,” said Jeffrey Gubernick, the attorney representing the dealer’s owners.

Judge Franz E. Miller said from the bench that VW Credit could refile its suit against the auto dealer, if it adds more specific allegations to its complaint. Michael Schulman, the attorney for VW Credit, declined to comment on his plans.

VW Credit said in its suit that Lamborghini Orange County and its sister dealership in Calabasas sold 54 Lamborghinis worth about $12 million at deep discounts during an eight-day period last fall, accounting for 8 percent of all Lamborghinis sold in the United States in 2008.

Lamborghini Orange County closed in November after VW Credit pulled the line of financing the dealer needed to keep cars on its showroom floor. The dealer remains shut.

 

My guess, is VW can forget about those cars.
