Hi, In 2013, I posted a few messages showing my creations in wooden sculpture. Pictures of the 288 GTO (oak), F40 and Testarossa (limetree) were put on the web I continue to carve cars. Always the same principle: from a raw piece of wood, I carved first with chisels then with abrasive papers the wood to create the model realised at the wished scale (mainly 1/12 or 1/10) Everything is done by hand, the time spent for each project is globally the same (120-130 hours) After the Testarossa , I carved the Enzo (oak - scale 1/10), the 250 GTO (badi - scale 1/12), the Daytona (oak - scale 1/12), Im currently on a 458 (cherry tree scale 1/15) and a Porsche 930 Turbo (redwood scale 1/13) Soon, chestnut will be carved ...
