FerrariChat.com Official: Should NNO (Carbon) be made a consultant?

Three years, two months and one week ago, i joined FerrariChat merely so i could have something to do. My days were rotten, my nights were empty, and this seemed like the perfect place to start trouble.

Now i write for an international publication and have met more of you in person, than anyone else on here. i've driven more Ferraris than most and i'm solicited on a regular basis, usually for Enzo information. i've come quite a long way and now it's time for me to step up my game and start giving back to the community that has helped make me what i am today. A long, grandiose campaign speech is not my style (anymore), but i'd be happy to entertain any questions anyone might have.

i've had such a wonderful experience here with FerrariChat and so many of its members. Let me give back in what little way that i can. Thank you.

Ok, semi-serious question -- what would you give back to the community as a consultant that you would not give back as a Subscribed or unsubscribed member? 1.6 zillion pics of yet another black Enzo is a given, expound beyond that point. Stated another way, what would you keep from us if we said no?

 

I say yes, but not only because hes the top poster/most recognizable guy on Fchat, but because he truley does have a lot of knowledge about cars and the subject of Ferrari, and can help people with little questions they ask.

O yea, that $$$ he doesnt spend on a subscribtion can be put towards a Black/Black/Black ENZO!!

 

Nothing! And that's exactly why i'm the perfect candidate...! For me, it has been, still is, and always will be, about the cars... i'll still be here, i'll still post pictures, i'll still continue to be me, i'll still try to answer as many questions as i can...


Andrew, buy the book...! i'm hoping for an '07 release date.

 

I've witnessed the "evolution." It happened at Classic Coach's upper level Sanctum Sanctorum.

We've never voted for consultants in the past. Certainly there's no reason to vote on Carbon's worthiness of consultant status. He deserves the title and the responsibility that goes with it.

Close the poll and make him a consultant.

 

So if we say yes, we're effectively taking $15-50 out of Jennie's pocket for no gain...

If it was just Rob, who cares, but Jennie needs a better truck

Carbon, I'll vote for you if you promise to keep room in your PM box. How do you expect to be a consultant if people can't contact you?

 

I joined a little before mr. sickspeed got a ride in EFWUN?(testing memory) 550 and read the 1000 word review. Over that time I have actually consulted him for information, got a custom piece of artwork from him that hangs in my dorm room, and got a drunk phone call as well. He has come a long way and should be made much more then a consultant... I just don't know what yet.

I love yeah Carbon/DES/NNO but as Tillman says, that new truck for Jenn is awfully tough to vote against.

oh wait - I see the pattern - everyone can be a Consultant at 18,000 posts - gives us non post whore's something to work towards, in about 34 years.

Yes - inDESputably a good idea.

However, rather than consultant, perhaps the official title would be more accurate as 'FChat mascot'.
