Well as most of you guys know, Im an 18th century music fanatic! I have about 500 CDs of 18th century music alone --140 of which are of Mozart. In fact, I have every song mozart has ever written except for a few things that were never recorded. I just love Mozart...practically worship him!

Apart from classical music, I am an aviation buff. I love commercial airliners and collect a lot of things related to that. I have a collection of safety cards from airliners, barf bags, in flight magazines, flight manuals, plastic wings the airlines used to hand out to kids...everything! I also do aviation photography and am constantly at the local airports doing some spotting and photographing.

My biggest hobby though, is Fchat...Im an Fchat junkie :)

i like to collect model cars; i've seemed to amass quite a bit... i like to write, as well- no big surprise there... i like to draw, although i've not done it on a regular basis in many years... Above all, though, i like to drive... Even above being on FerrariChat, i like to drive... Midnight runs on dark, lonely parkways, rushing to get to nowhere... i don't do it much since i got the Sebring and there's this void i can feel... i substitute it with other stuff, but whatever...
When i had my Saturn, i was putting a thousand miles on it, each week... Some weeks, even more... Keep in mind, i only live 8/10ths of a mile from work, so there was not much obligatory driving involved...

I highly recommend Ted Nugent's book "God, Guns and Rock & Roll"

Were it not for hunters keeping critter populations in check, the food chain would be a mess.

    Oh - Hobbies:
Used to surf quite a bit - too many funky skin ailments.
Used to hunt - too loud. Leaving hearing aid *off* or in pocket doesn't do any good - as the *report* from the gun still *shocks* the miniature wiring within hearing aids.
Still have a couple of thousand 60's baseball cards from kidhood.

Now: "Discover 'new'" chord/note sequences in guitar/uke/balaliaka - because I believe:
Making the simple complicated is commonplace; making the complicated simple, awesomely simple, that's creativity.

I don't feel like I need to explain except that I feel very strongly you should eat everything you kill. Allan, your nitro shot mod cars have killed more ducks than I ever have. ;) Duck is my favorite meet ahead of beef. Crappie or Walleye is my favorite fish to eat. It's mainly just an excuse to get out in nature, the hunting and sportsmanship is just a bonus. By the time you work out the costs a pound of duck meat might cost about $100. :) I don't agree with the hunters that go 5 days each week and amass a walk-in freezer of meat they'll never eat.

Hunters are some of the best environmentalists that actually take action instead of just talking and protesting. Ducks Unlimited has hundreds of thousands of protected acreage. Of course it's all so there are more ducks to shoot. :D

The past 3 years my #1 hobby outside Ferrari has been club racing. I race with SCCA and NASA in a regional class called Spec Rx7. They're all 1st gen Rx7's with about 120 RWHP and weigh 2,200 lbs. The class philosophy is cheap, fun, and low maintenance. We get fields of 30-50 Spec Rx7's and Spec Miatas that run within a couple seconds of each other.

I swam competitively through high school and college. In the summer I would cycle and run. Finally a year out of college I got into triathlons very heavy until I later found club racing (less training and pain :)). I would like to get back into it. I'll do a few triathlons this year, but probably just have more fitness than competitive goals. My best result was finishing 6th of over 700 in the Dallas Tom Landry triathlon back in 1999. Besides triathlons I compete in masters swimming, USCF cycling, and running races.

To wrap up everything that I at least have listed in my profile. Fishing! I love fishing, probably a little better than hunting. I grew up in Kansas fishing for Crappie, Walleye, and Catfish. I never got into or liked Largemouth Bass fishing as all the TV shows portray.

Here's a good trip we had for freshwater Striper up at Lake Texoma.

Just kidding. Looks like a fun hobby.

Mine is weight lifting, clay target shooting and car restoration. The girl thing is out. Been married to the same wonderful woman for 32 years.

Right now I've been obsessed with finding a red/tan 360. I'm sure it will
    happen soon.

    Rob,
Since you like fishing, when I move home to Alaska, you are invited to come get some 300 lb halibut and 60 lb king salmon with me. You can go bear hunting on your own, though.
