Priority #1 for me to fix.

Another priority to fix, although you can see full names in the profile.

you can adjust how many messages you personally see in the User CP.

More functionality will have more to it. Once you get familiar with the new software you'll just focus on what you need.

Some users do and maybe you should learn them to be more efficient.

I agree to a certain point, although most posts have more text than the height of the user column anyway.

I think you just need to use the community a little more, Michael wasn't born fast, well, maybe he was. :)

Thanks for the replies Rob and for the suggestions. I'm open to change and just wanted to let you know what was behind my "old software" vote

Actually, there's less space used on the new board.
175 pixels is dedicated to personal info, as opposed to 200 pixels on the old board.

Even with double-sized cellpadding, there's still more room for content than on the old board.
Out with the old, in with the new:

    I like the new better.

Do I need to lose the animated avatar?

Good job Rob, keep up the good work.

I like it especially one can only post one photo per posting, custom individual e-mail reply and animation capability on AVATAR. My favorite is

    Cavallino's Avatar!! Good job !!

Yes, good job, thanks for putting up all the work to maintain this community. One feature that I miss is some kind of link towards instant messaging.
The simplest solution would allow members to list their MSN/Yahoo or ICQ ID. A fancier solution would be to actually add a chat room.
