    LOL, more like Letterman is a pompous arrogant a$$ to which the whole "Ferrari experience" no doubt appeals, meanwhile Leno actually talks to F-chatters on the street about how F-car dealers treat him like **** and why he refuses to be a part of that culture.

    Windows into the psyches of the two men that's for sure.

    Go Malmsteen!! Yea he also crashed a Testerossa and broke all the bones in his hands and had to relearn guitar .I know him personally he is a monster on guitar a bit of an attitude hehehe... sorry Yngwie.As you say "F#$% -em. LOL

    When the production team of The Family Man showed Nick Cage the Ferrari 550 Maranello he was going to be using in the film, he looked over it for a while.... and then recognised it as his own from several years back! I think his words were: "You know, I used to own this car..."

    Apparently he sold it after "not being satisfied with the performance."

    Also during the making of that film, the director Brett Ratner became a big Ferrari fan and went out and bought a 360 Modena.

    you can see cher's daytona spider (yellow) at the marconi museum in cali. my kid brother took it for a ride during a tour/visit, and i got to drive his 550. dick marconi is a generous guy to say the least.

    The sad thing with some celebrities/athletes owning exotics is they only have it b/c its expensive. Its more of a status symbol to them. Gary Payton and Shaq are two examples. They don't even know how to correctly say Modena for christ sake. And they say 360 Modena Spider. Some people don't deserve them. Maybe that's being a little harsh, but that's how I feel.

    I have to disagree with that except for the Dave's taste in cars.

    George Harrison had a black 275 GTB, I think he bought it new in '60s.

    I wonder how how having one owner that was one of four Beatles would affect the potential sale price of this car. I have never seen anything
    regarding the disposition of any classic cars that George may have owned.

    How do you supposed these big and tall 7 footer atheletes fit into these cars? Say like Shag into a 360M... Are they all custom-fitted?

    I read somewhere that during the filming of Magnum PI series, they actually removed the seat bottom and Sellect sat on a pillow....

    Gaggi, I'm assuming you're referring to 0301AL, no? If so, this is not actually the case. The souces that state this have based their information on a misleading claim made by a former owner.

    Nick Cage had a '00 Fiorano red / grey 456 MGT. It was sold by FBH in 2000 with less than 500 miles on it (he ordered it and thought it was boring...took the name plaque out of it).

    Around the same time, Oscar De La Hoya took delivery of a red/tan 550...Bob Arum bought it for him.
