Ferrari's and Maserati's on 12th

I went last year and really enjoyed the wide variety of cars that showed up, especially a 250 GTO and 250 LM at the same time up the block and back! Great sounds! Had to be there early to see it though. Some pictures;

I have gone the last 2 years. I really have fun at this. Great driving with all the great cars and watching the people watch us drive by.

So far I have not heard if and when the event is going to be this year. Any one know?

 

The ferrari's on 12th is June 13.....I believe. I'll make sure and then get back to you!! This year should be very good.

Fantastic pictures/cars from last years event!

I noticed in one of your shots there was an "AGIP" logo on the back of a yellow shirt in the foreground.

That was me, wearing an actual 1994 Ferrari F1 (Gerhard Berger/Jean Alesi) team crew shirt.

One of my rare ones.

Some of the shirts I found on eBay and some I bought from F1 collectors in Europe and Australia.

The black shirt that I sold to Dave L. was a Team Scandia crew shirt (Ferrari 333 SP). They won the IMSA WSC drivers & constuctors championship in 1995.

A few years ago, I bought a ton of stuff that the team's owner had left over in storage. I sold some of it on eBay and I had a booth at the vintages races. The Ferrari fans went nuts and bought everything that I had. Even Greg W. bought a Scandia denim shirt from me that weekend.

 

I'll be there, too. Any plans for F-Chatters to seek each other out? Secret handshake? Hats with tassles? Tatoos?

 

So what's it take to be a part of the team here kids? got the car on Monday night, signed up for FCA today.....would love to attend but am I a day late and a dollar short?

 

Ferrari of Seattle send the invitation cards to people on their mailing list. I suggest you give them a call.

 

Sounds like an easy one, think I can manage that!

 

I didn't receive an invite even though I was there last year. I just Emailed Tino Perrina at FOS and he said sure, come on down.

I can't really think of anybody in the club that hasn't shown up on Fchat at one time or another. Just check the profiles HERE and you'll make the connections when you get THERE.

Just remember one thing;
If you call somebody Dave in this club you'll be correct 75% of the time!

I emailed FOS a couple of days ago to get the particulars. It's 10:00 am on Sunday June 13th on 12th in front of the dealership as most of you already know. What is new is that the lunch is planned at Marymoor Park and they are asking for donatation that will benefit Childrens hospital. Look forward to see lots of you there.

 

Any of you from Bremerton/Silverdale/Gig Harbor/Tacoma that are planning on going to this event? If so would any of you like to meet somewhere and drive up together? Byron? George? Chris? Bill? I'm planning on going if things at work hold true. Any takers or suggestions?

Starts at 10am, but Shelbee, you'd have to have the largest pair I know after some of the comments you have made about FoS...

Worst case they have you escorted away...best case, you find out they are not such bad guys afterall; and that they don't have any ill will, in spite of your previous comments....
