Branko was a great guy. Thanks to him we know a good part of history of the exotic Ferrari and Maserati in Venezuela.

    Good evening to all,

As many of you have noticed, Branko´s Forum has received few updates since his premature departure in July 2011. Another of the persons who helped from Colombia, Jesus Salgado Uribe, also one of the Administrators, left us on February 2018. It was by luck that two additional persons, had Administrative privileges, and we have been able to keep the Forum alive.

Shortly before Branko left us, a Facebook Group was created to help people connect with the Forum, here is the link to that group:

    https://www.facebook.com/groups/197080860334935

Or you can search in Facebook for "Pasion a la Velocidad".

This group has more activity, and currently has 3,700+ members. I understand that it is now an open group, so anybody with a Facebook account can join; please feel free to participate, several of us understand english, so you can post in english (No Problema...).

After Branko´s departure, the hosting and miscellaneous expenses were covered by one of the administrators. We have had many economic difficulties in Venezuela, and for this reason it has become very difficult for us Venezuelans to cover these expenses. Foreign exchange controls in place since 2003 do not help this situation. A call for local donations have not been succesful.

In order to solve this situation, we have opened a Donation request, to help meet this years expenses, and to reimburse all previous expenses. You can find details in this link:

    https://tinyurl.com/Foro-Donaciones1

All donations will be kindly received. Once we manage to cover the hosting expenses (estimated total: $1200, aprox. $ 100 per year), we can help keep the forum updated, pay any special maintenance required, dedicate time to help translate interesting articles, and other miscellaneous expenses.

    Thanks in advance to all,

    Regards,

Eduardo Muñoz (Caribe 70 in Forum)

Great! But I have no intention to join Facebook. Why don`t you create a website (like in the ol`days with Branko)?

    Good evening wbaeumer,

    Thanks for your comment.

I believe you do not need to have a Facebook account to read the content shown in the link posted above, you can try using different Browsers (Chrome, Fiefox for example).

With regards to creating a web page, the Forum created by Branko is currently working; if you do not have an account there, I can help you by setting one up, please advise.

Here is the link to the Forum:

Link to the theme "Ferraris en Venezuela":

Even though it says that you can write in this section without being registered, I tried and yuo need to Log In, it must have being disabled...

    Good evening,

This Ferrari 330 Gt is still in Venezuela, and has an owner who is a very good Ferrari mechanic. It currently is being restored.

I had the privilege of driving it when it was owned by Mauricio Marcotulli , in 79 - 81 aprox

    Good evening,

Although not directly related to Ferrari, the Zerex Special was also stored in the same warehouse with the 0625 TF302 !

Take a look in this thread:
