Reports from Europe are that Michael Petersen has pulled the plug on the PWL 430GT2 campaign in ALMS for 2008. Any truth to this rumour?

This was known a while back - I read recently that Wolfe may not drive for them afterall (being a Porsche factory driver) and the rumor mill has the Lizards with a third car and factory support......nothing on their site and time will tell about all the rumors abounding right now. Newest real news is Lucas Lurh is driving one of the "top" R10's - my spectulation (with a good basis) is he may be co-driving with Dindo. Nevertheless, GT2 will be the best class of all again this year. . . especially adding the Aston into the equation. Counting down the days until we're headed to Sebring.

Interesting to see what Porsche counters with, any body heard anything? Things I heard is back to narrow rear wheels, tires and body, they carried a weigh penalty last rear by going to a wider tire. Also rumored new gearbox to lower the center of gravity by getting engine lower? Since I'm still be big Porsche fan I'd to see them more competitive, but at the same time I don't complain when Ferrari wins. It's nice owning and liking both makes, this way which ever one wins I'm happy!!
