It would be nice get meet up with local exotic owners and/or caravan to C&C. I've seen lots of very nice classic muscle cars in my 'hood but no exotics.

 

Technically the IE is Redlands. Claremont, Montclair, are LA county.

As to Victorio Gardens. On weekends they close off the one center street area....at least sometimes. I suppose we could ask management if the want an exotic show.

The valet guys always take care of me. I park it right there, and it doesn't move.

But I suggest we wait for a warm weekend, and have a show on a Sat Evening 3-6 PM. Or mod-morning. Whatever. If you haven't been there, it does more $$$ per sqr foot than any mall in America according to a friend in the mall biz.

I think claremont and montclair still count cause their 909. I always think of those areas as being part of the IE.

Anyone interested in starting a get togther once a month at Victoria Gardens? It is the perfect spot and has a number of lots that would work.

I'll show up in my 450 SL, but that's all I got. There are a few guys in Rancho Cucamonga on the boards. One guy has a Vetroresina, and I know another guy in Upland who has a CS and a 430 spyder. Those would be three worthy attendants.

There is a lot of good stuff out here too.
I believe theres a Gallardo MOMO around Ontario, and a Flying Spur with mansory kit ive seen once or twice.

It seems like the perfect place to start a meet, too.
Lets see if i can talk to some people about organizing something like this...

Moretti124 (OP)- There was an IE group that did gather a maybe a year or two ago from this site- even with VGardens in mind as well. Unfortunately as most smaller groups do, after a few meets it kinda just died out with the exception of a few smaller gatherings that have lasted through the years. I think the car count was around 10-20.

I'm sure you can find the threads if you search far back enough, the idea is good but it's been tried in this area with not too much luck, but keep us posted.

I am talking with them about another larger event that I am trying to get going with California Speedway and several vintage racing and car clubs. That is targeted for 2010 if we can get it all to work out. Getting 20+ racing & car clubs to sync is a pain in the ass.
