Actually, it looked like a Catanzaro (CZ) plate to me but maybe Carlo is right. My family is from Catanzaro (Gasperina) and I spent some time there as a kid.

Yes indeed, Blu Montecarlo, the blue is the same of the Dino original logo. More recently Fiat re-introduced this shade on some production cars. May I ask you where did you find the pictures?
