I thought all this controversy was taken care of in Australia? I've seen the front wing videos, that was obviously open for controversy because of the top part sliding in and out. I haven't heard or seen much on the rear wing. Ferrari sounds pretty confident about the rear wing tho, i'd like to see them lodge counter-protests, it gets ridiculous when everyone keeps coming after Ferrari.

Teams that are found to have an illegal part should lose any points they earned while using that illegal part...like was done to BAR-Honda last year for the illegal fuel tank...

Everyone's wings flex, there is just a limit you can't pass when tested. Supposedly Ferrari have passed the test in Melbourne and should be ok.

Ferrari's rear wing never WAS illegal. It passed all the tests set forth in the regulations. Then people complained and they made new tests, so Ferrari made a wing that passes THOSE tests.

And don;t even get me started about the way Max raped BAR last year. I still have both briefs (BAR and FIA,) in full, and anyone who takes the time to read through them will understand why I call Max names.

I found it interesting that it was BAR who complained about the Ferrari wing. If it had been Renault or McLaren I'd understand, but why BAR? Don't they have bigger fish to fry at the moment?

well, i suppose maybe they think that ferrari is their closest challenger at the moment, so each time ferrari beat them, it's like rubbing salt into the wounds...maybe thats where all the jealousy comes about i guess...

it doesnt look like it was flexing
more like pivoting and swinging up and down under braking

really strange that it passed the FIA tests and this still happens
