    Actually, the offenders should be shot a sunrise. But realizing that this is probably not going to happen given the US legal system (note that I don't say "justice system") an added punishment should be that the offenders should be banned from ever driving or owning a car that was not made in America. I know it's cruel and unsusual, but for heavens sake, let the punishment fit the crime.

    Life is too short not to own a Ferrari.
