Hi during the X-mas days one of my best friend from Italy was here in Germany and told me about this special event called Ferruccio Day 2012. It´s somethig which sounds really special as you can get the chance to take part in some sightseeings which are normally not official offered by anyone else. I know the organisation agency quiet good and you can be sure that this event will be very nice. I will definitely take part what do you think about? http://www.ferruccioday.com/inglese.html
I know Fabio and the Team, it will be the "place to be" next 28th April 2012... I will go with some of my LCB fellows !!!
I guess ... Ferruccio's nephew (not sure about his relation ) http://subefotos.com/ver/?0e2dbe6e8e22861580d0af195f42f87co.jpg I suspect this is the guy
I don't want to offense you guys, but if you read the presentation of the future event, Fabio... Lamborghini is co organising it. Yes, Fabio is Ferruccio's nephew, Tonino's cousin (Tonino is Ferruccio's son) direct family link and he is managing the Dosso Museo or family museum. Com'on guys, if you read this Lamborghini section you need to have a minimum of Lamborghini education !

Hello gents, any interests in a drive together to Sant`Agata? We, a smal group from the International Lamborghini Owners Group Germany and some friends of mine, will drive on Thursday 26th of April to Sant`Agata. Everybody with a Lambo is very wellcome to join us. Route: Heidelberg, Stuttgart, München, Innsbruck, Bolzano, Trento, Verona, Sant`Agata. Best Regards Wolfgang
very interesting event and very close to me, but i do not know if i will go as they are all things i can see almost every day (except Ferruccio's home). May be i will go just to friday event, without the hotel as i live aside the Imperiale plant. Could be very interesting to know other Lamborghini enthusiasts, but i visited Dosso Museum three times, factory 10 times, Imperiale at least 50 times so i'm not sure to partecipate even to just friday event. It's a very good program for a foreign visitor, but not cheap (1300 euro for two persons). If anybody wants some info (roads, point of interest and so on), i'm happy to help ciao
Ciao Alberto, I am living in Heidelberg, a few hundred thousands visitors every year from all over the world, the ILOC (International Lamborghini Owners Club) annual meeting 2012 will be there this year....and I`m still in love and not bored with Heidelberg and I will particiapate for the whole event. Its all about to meet some old & new friends, to join the smal community, to share the passion, to visit the "mother"....and The way is the Target. The drive: 800km (500 miles) Anyway, please advice me/us for the points of must see/go. I would be very happy & thankful for all further infos and meeting you in Sant`Agata. Best Wolfgang
Hi Wolfang, may be i will be there alone as my wife does not want to see too many times the same things. It will be interesting to meet you and others lambo enthusiasts: keep some time to visit Bologna (a wonderful city, with a famous and old University like Heildelberg). i will write again soon with a small "guide": i will let you know ciao
sites of friday events: the villa (friday "concorso" and dinner) http://www.villacastelcrescente.com/p/tour-virtuali.html 10 miles from Sant'Agata Carrozzeria Imperiale plant is 20 miles from Sant'Agata http://www.imperialegroup.it/ Dosso Museum is 25 miles from Sant'Agata http://www.museolamborghini.it/index_photo.html (Dosso Museum is a saturday event, not friday) ciao
Ciao Alberto, thank you very much for the helpfull links. I have been in Sant`Agata 5 times but still can`t get enough. Thanks & hope to CU Wolfgang
I already filed my application form a couple of weeks ago but didn't have any reply by the organizers yet....
See you at sant'Agata: a place where i always want to stay. I hope my old wreckage will be reassembled in time. ciao

Hi wolfing, I have no bad feelings about Fabio or the event!!! Fabio has an excellent reputation, no doubt about. Just wondering what went wrong in his office - regarding the application from d1ablo. Best Wolfgang
it was just a stupid error typing his email address: now is fixed, i called the event office, that is close to me. ciao
what to see: we are on Ferrari Chat so even if it's a Lamborghini meeting, may be someone likes Ferrari too. Galleria Ferrari deserves a visit, at Maranello: 15 km from Modena, 30 km from sant'Agata. http://www.ferrari.com/English/about_ferrari/Ferrari-Museum/Pages/Home-Museo.aspx Give a look to the historic Ferrari main gate: Via Abetone Inferiore n. 4, I-41053 Maranello (MO) the new gate now is another, very far from that http://www.f1passion.it/2011/08/ferrari-maranello-made-in-italy/ferrari-maranello-entrata-storica-via-abetone/ May be you are interested in Maserati cars too: http://www.paninimotormuseum.it/index-en.htm That is a private museum in a big farm near Modena, where you can buy cheese and butter too... more or less just 35 km from sant'Agata If you like sportbikes too, Ducati is not far: Casalecchio di Reno is 40 km from Modena, with motorway. It's inside Bologna city. http://ducati.com/company/visit_us/index.do If you like to be a tourist you can visit Bologna, a wonderful city: piazza Maggiore, chiesa di san Petronio, torre degli Asinelli. Even better is Verona city: Arena, via Mazzini, piazza delle Erbe, casa di Giulietta, ponte Vecchio, teatro Romano, Arsenale and so on. More or less 100 km with motorway A22 from Modena heading north. Hotel: the best (very expensive) in Bologna: Hotel Majestic (former hotel Baglioni) http://grandhotelmajestic.hotelsbologna.it/ the best (very expensive) in Verona: Hotel Gabbia d'Oro (golden cage) http://www.hotelgabbiadoro.it/ both five stars, the second is unforgettable but the first is not much less, they both are perfect to visit the city on foot Hope this can help: have a nice stay in Italy and see you at Sant'Agata friday morning If somebody will stay here some days, there are many fantastic places to visit, but they are a bit more far from the meeting point. ciao
