The Festa di Ferrari Concours on Sunday was a great event! I had a great time and thank you everyone who wished me a happy birthday :) There were about 60 cars in attendance which I think was a great turnout with the dull weather. The Alfa Romeo was owned and driven by Peter Sach's. Here is a link to the pictures-

Wow -- I've gotten so used to what your images look like!

I looked at the site (without paying attention to who posted the link, or what site it went to), saw the pics, and thought "These look like Jason Thorgalsen took them..."

Your images always have such vivid colors....

    Hi Jason

I recently took a look at your site - what can I say, they are great pics. I love the one with the red Enzo on the streets (with the black 360 in front of it).

Just wondering, how do you achieve that type of effect you got in the Enzo picture? Is it a polariser? We just invested in a new camera a few months back, a Canon 350D, but pictures don't seem so great. If you wouldn't mind, could you tell me what type of equipment you use? And any other tips you have for wannabe photographers like me? That would be great.

    Thanks

Great pictures Jason... Always a pleasure... Especially liked that sick Yellow G spider, Jay's beautiful grey (grigio?) Testarossa, the great shots of Buzz with his award-winning 512 BBi and so many more...

Thanks for the pics bro (by the way, I downloaded that shot of the silver prancing horse on the yellow background... Just so gorgeous. Hope you don't mind if I use it.)

I actually didn't use a polarizer for those pictures. I use a Canon 350D with the Canon 70-200 F/4 L series lens which has amazing quality!! I correct the colors in all my pictures and enhance them with some easy photoshop. Keep shooting and try different modes other than automatic. Try using Av and play around with the settings.

    Thanks a lot :) I sent a PM back.
