The 2018 show was fun, if a bit hotter than 2017. I was surprised when I was ushered in to the VIP area on the grass in front of the theater, sharing the space with some historic Jaguars and Ivan's yellow Daytona, among others. I was right in front of Goldberg's deli, which made my lunch choice easy.

Many more photos to come when I get a round tuit, but in the meantime here's a teaser. Is this a tire or an O-ring? Seen on a Rolls-Royce (!) today:

Great event and the weather turned out well. Saw a ton of friends at Festivals of Speed and throught the event was easy and well organized. Thanks to Joe Sabatini and his crew for making this something we look forward to.

It gets about 50 miles to the gallon, the 68 Caddy next to me was almost 19 feet long and 4,800 pounds. My Fiat is just over 9.5 feet long and 1,100 pounds. Seeing them next to each other was nuts!

As a nice bonus, every registered Ferrari owner received a nice cavallino statuette. So we all got a "trophy" just for bringing our cars! I wonder what the Lamborghini/Maserati/McLaren/Aston Martin owners thought about that!
