What happened to the wheels? So ugly.

 

First thoughts were of the time an official department was behind the wheel of a Ferrari, they destroyed an F50 and refused to cough up for repairs.


However it's only decorated in these colours for an event ( or so it seems ). It is the ff which is available for rent from Black & White rentals. See link.
