I just had my annual service done on my FF at Ferrari Tampa Bay, the advisor Anthony Gemellaro is professional and extremely helpful. Due to a couple of issues the car was overnight there and he kept me informed in a timely manner as things developed.

1/The AC never seemed to perform as it should, Sure enough it was over charged by a 100gms. Now much better.
2/Campaign 371 is to replace a swivel cap on the PTU
3/ Campaign 381 was checking and adjusting fluid levels on the PTU. Gear oil was overfull by 28cc. Numerous driving tests to confirm no leakage.
4/Campaign379. Updating software to more hard edged in sport, shifts in comfort even smoother.. Many hours with direct link to FNA. Very extensive. Has tranformed the transmission responses. Wow. I thought it was good before. Now I have an FF Scuderia ! Software also for nav, seat belt chime etc.
Altogether feels like somebody at Ferrari decided to make the FF more of a beast !

I had campaign 379 done shortly after receiving my FF in August. The 379 did make difference as Cariad has indicated. Had campaign 371 was done in November when at dealership for winter tire swap. Hadn't heard about the 381. Car is at dealership sorting out the seatbelt assist gremlin that has be an issue for a while. I'll ask about the 381 and see if it was applicable to my vehicle (Feb 2012 build date).

For my February 2012 build date FF, dealer just did campaign 381, so campaigns 371, 379 and 381 performed to date.

    Cariad:

didn't you mean 12/29/2011 for your delivery date in your response to Lone Wolf?

Happy to see you recognizing Anthony at FoTB. He has been a great resource and contact for me, both for vintage and more modern cars.

    Forza,
    David
