A strong thump was felt near front right bumper, at highway speed at night. Half mile later, there was a semi on the side of road with its driver securing things on the semi's side. So likely an object got kicked up by the car in front on the next lane. Luckily, the rest of the bumper around it was fine. The bulb and posterior half of the amber lens were gone (see photo).

    1. Is it easily accessible by just removing the inner fender liner forward of the wheel well to gain access to the back of the marker light? (Same way as bulb replacement)

    2. Is it just plug and play with a new identical genuine part? Or should I just save the task for the dealer during my annual service in a few months? If ez, maybe I can just do it while swapping over to winter tires next month.

    Thanks in advance!

I don't recall if it can be changed through the fender liner or if the bumper needs to come off, but I believe it will be plug and play once you get to it. .
The WSM doesn't cover the R&R for that light.
