I had a busy day working on small projects on the FF. Swapped out the lame OEM lightbulbs, and also replaced the OEM HVAC unit in the car with a replacement OEM unit. The sticky buttons were just horrible and I went the expensive route of just buying a new unit compared to having them sent out to be fixed. That said, the new OEM units have that hard scratch resistant finished now.

It took me a while to get out the old unit, and the new one appears to be working just fine. However, on start up the general generic warning triangle appears with the message “ System not programmed.”

i’m guessing this message comes up whenever new units of numerous types are replaced in a car. My guess is it just needs a simple reset. I will be at the dealership this Friday so they should be able to do it. Just wanted to see if anybody else ran into this?

Did the dealer get this sorted. Was it just needing them to code to the car?
