    Well drove down to Deux Alpes yesterday. Skis in the back and fully loaded with kids. Still needed the Range Rover for the Wife and Nanny. Great trip although the road was a little interesting at the end. Definitely what these cars are made for.

    Now that looks like a lot of fun, I've got a real hankering to do the same in mine.

    Did you put the winter / snow tyres on?

    I always put winter tyres on even for back in the uk. Also bought a set of Autosocks as your supposed to have chains and socks are the only realistic option.

    Still think the fastest car down here is a 1 litre Renault Clio driven by a Frenchman!!!!!

    what snows do you have on the RR? my FF with sottozeros is better than my RR SC with Pirelli snows

    Just the standard scorpions. Used them for years and think they are brilliant all year around. I do have a full set of chains in the back but never used them.

    love it - my son is in les2alpes on his school ski trip - i bet he will spot your ff as the reg plate on mine is the same but 14 instead of 15.
    We are in Morzine right now :0)
