    my screen on the FF which includes Apple CarPlay has gone black. The system still connect with my phone but the screen doesn’t work ( no camera, no satnav ..nothing)
    Obviously I tried on/off my phone and the system - close the car, open the car but nothing is making it work?
    Any idea before I call the dealer?

    I assume you have let the car be completely off for at least 30 minutes? I have had my infotainment system lock up where the screen is frozen. Won't even shut off when you turn the car off. But after about 30 minutes, the car completely shuts down and the screen goes off. When I start it again, everything is normal.
