Has anyone installed just the Novitec Exhaust on there FF?

If so did it make a big difference to stock?

I know TTforcefed has installed the whole system (ecm, cats, mufflers) but I'm interested in who if any has done mufflers only?

Wondering why would you want to do this? The increased flow from the X is a big part of the deal.

I don't now if the X pipe does do much or not?

Do you have experience with this?

The mufflers will give you a different exhaust tone...not really any louder. Valve controller is the best first step IMO with stock exhaust.

Did you put a valve controller on your F12?

I changed out my stock muffs on my 458 to Novitec. Changed the tone, but not really louder. The key is having valves open at low rpm...if you want. The remote exhaust valve controller by Capristo or Forza achieves this. To get the exhaust noticeably louder with valves open...you need to change to 200 cel cats vs the stock which are 800 cel I believe. I plan to do it when my F12 arrives in September (valve controller only for now).

Yes....start with the valve controller first. That may be all you want. Valves open at cold start and low rpm is a great sound. If you want more scream, then do the cats.

I did and it is substantially louder when all pipes are open. When I first took delivery of my '14, I loved the car but thought it was just too quiet --- Not so much from the outside but certainly from within the cabin. The Novi mufflers cured this while leaving the wonderful V12 sound intact. Highly recommended.

So did you just do the Novitec muffler on its own?

That was it. No x-pipe or cats though I did put the sport cats on the 458. You get more of a hp pop with the cats.
