    Likely incorrectly priced initially.

nope. priced relative to market. Manheim had a 2014 with 1700 miles go for 200k in oct 15. $200k is market value for a 2014 FF, give or take. 2012-13s are hovering in the $150-175k range, at least the ones actually selling.

but if you were in their shoes, you could ask what you want and still dump it for $200k or even $195k and still be fine.

I know it’s a few years late. Let me share my experience.
    I have a 2013 f12 with 18000 miles on clock.
All was ok until one day.

    Boom

    Christmas tree
    Manettino failure
    Avh
    Catalyst temperature not plausible
    Abs
    Check engine light

    Car went into limp mode.

I took it to the dealer a few times. Here’s what happened

    First visit
    Diagnosis
    Misfire three cylinders
    Catalyst error

    Replaced spark plugs. Checked coils

    Repeat diagnosis.
Now high pressure fuel pump error left
    Catalyst temperatures not plausible
    Mass air flow sensor error

    Second visit
    Replaced mass air flow meter
Replaced left side high pressure fuel pump

Car was still giving same error
    Misfire was still present

Car taken to another dealer as I was unhappy

    Diagnosis
    Misfire
High pressure fuel pump error left
    Catalyst error

This mech started from the beginning
    Plugs
    Coils
Checked HP fuel pumps. Swapped time around fuel pumps
    Left HP pump still persisted.

He then checked the low pressure pump
    All was ok.
    Fuel pump filter not replaced.

Next he checked fuel rail, replaced fuel pressure sensor.
Checked injectors. Two of the injectors were faulty and were replaced.

At this stage the misfire error went away.

Last check was the ecu. Sent for testing and errors came up. This was repaired and finally the problems were resolved.

The entire proceeds took 2 months
