FF rear bumper figment - broken clips?

I noticed that my rear pumper on the sides is not fully flush on the sides. It slides on perfect and I can push it in but it never fully aligns on the sides and clicks in. Has anyone taken the bumper off I am trying to determine if the side rails have plastic clips broken as the bumper it’s self just has slots. Pics below and any help appreciated.
