FF rear seat entertainment problems

    Just bought a Ferrari FF. The rear seat entertainment system is not working. The screens can be turned on. They are just blue.

    In the trunk I have put in 6 differents DVD in the disc changer. I can hear the disc is spinning, but nothing happens, and it soon jumps over to next disc (I can hear it changes automatic). Same over again and still only blue screens...

    I have tried the DVDs in the Mail player system in the front of the car, so I know its nothing wrong with the DVDs.

    What to do??

    Mine went back to the main dealer whom I bought it from (it hadn’t worked from the get go). There was an issue with both the dvd changer, and the controller, so both being replaced.

    I have CPO warranty but didn’t think this would be covered

    It was broken when I bought it, so it is a pre-delivery fix.
