Found by Dan Simpson. Saw pictures of it displayed at Concorso Italiano unrestored. Like hereon Hemming's website:

. The owner bought it with no engine but managed to track down original engine. I don't know if he got it running. . The paint is flaking off but at least the front end is a really beautifully shaped car. The SN is 106000066. Do all those zeroes mean it's a really early car, or the 66th one made? He displayed at at Concorso Italiano in unrestored shape. I was wondering if anybody knows the history of the car and what it was being offered for by the June Lake owner. I am thinking 30 years ago, engineless Fiat, maybe $3,000. I don't think 8Vs were thought of as collector's cars until recently. Back in the Sixties I saw one in '65 at the LAX airport, in red, maybe one and only time I saw one before they became collector's cars. Could be the same car!

Quite well known car: chassis 066, engine 0136, produced in 31/12/54. Body designed by Giovanni Michelotti. Introduced to the 1955 Turin motor show by Vignale as berlinetta mille miglia. We have some pics and drawings in the Archivio storico Michelotti, whereof i'm the tutor.
