Scenario 1: FIAT never completely merges with GM Scenario 2: FIAT merges with GM but the Ferrari-Maserati groups brakes away as a seperate corporation. Scenario 3: Ferrari quit F1. (NO WAY!!!!) Given that Scenario 3 will never occur.... I am do not care what GM decides to do. GM will never be able to influence Scuderia Ferrari.
I think this was discussed a week or two ago, but the deal wouldn't include Ferrari. I think the GM deal is with Fiat Auto (a division of Fiat SpA) and Ferrari/Maserati is not part of Fiat Auto (it's another division of Fiat SpA).
