FIGHT AGAINST SPAMS!!!

I've been using all sorts of spam blockers but I'm keep on getting spams from a same company, that is selling Viagra. I did request them to de-list me from the list, and and I'm using three spam-blockers, but they are keep on using different email addresses to send me stuff.

It's been really annoying because it comes with a picture of "before/after" and since I check my emails at work, time to time I run into embrassing situations where there's a picture of a "before/after" shot on my screen and someone comes into my room.

Any recommendations?
