    I'm going through this right now with another car of mine, a Lexus SUV, believe it or not.
    Read all the info throughly, do what they tell you, and you'll at least have a fighting chance.
    I got ticketed on 395 near Bishop and by following their first step, I was able to request contesting the ticket by mail instead of driving back up there to appear. So far, so good ---- I'm optimistic...
