New cams from Cat Cams in Belgium may be cheaper (plus you can choose from several profiles and get upgraded springs to match.)

I think that is a legal disclaimer for their higher lift cams. They have original profiles as well.

As Brian Crall has said, most Camshaft Machine shops should be able to handle it. I believe they re-weld and re-grind the journals. When it comes to the Cam Lobes, depending on the profile, that too can be done the same way. I have had them done in Australia, Germany and I believe that a lot of the Camshaft Profiles were developed here in the USA for performance engines. High Lift Camshafts may pose a problem, but it is best to ask the Machine Shop, I am sure they will suggest what you should do. As you are in the UK, there are a bunch of places who do Camshafts from Ford BDA's and Lotus for example.
