I wonder if other F355 owners experience the same:

After the fuel warning light comes on I usually drive on for about 10 miles before fueling. Until now, I never managed to fill more than just over 62 litres (16 gal.). According to the manual, the capacity should be 82 litres (18 gal.).

How much fuel do you get in the tank and is it normal for the warning light to come on so early? Thanks!

Same here and all the others I've spoken to. I've always been tempted to drive it until it runs out with a spare tin of fuel to see what REALLY happens, but never got around to it. Maybe you should do it and let the rest of us know! :)

Andy -- Check your F355 OM in "General Information", "capacities" -- the amount of the 82 litre total considered the "reserve" is 19~20 litres so it's working about as intended (but I don't like driving with that warning light on either so I usually fill up then).

Thanks Steve, I missed that one... So I'll just ignore the light and drive another 100 kms...;)
