Congratulations on a very classy spec. Look forward to seeing pictures when the beauty arrives! :)

IMO the lifter is not a necessity unless you have some pretty darn steep inclines to navigate. The current Ferrari's all sit relatively high. I don't have any tech specs to pull out from the top of my head, but unless you've had issues with ground clearence in the past I wouldn't bother.

    Dear Larry
The front end is quite low, so I chose the lifter. I am not sure on the quality of roads in your area and whether you have speed humps or driveways that are somewhat "difficult" but for me the thought of not having the lifter is worrying. If cost is an issue I would cut out some of the other options you have chosen, like CF front spoiler. Regards

I will keep the lifter .. I really like the carbon fiber spoiler in the front. With the red color I think it will make it pop . I have it one my california the first one did not have it and one the second one i added the carbon fiber big difference in my mind.. same with my scud..
By the way I have complete USA 2014 option price list would be glad to post if it I can figure out how to do so .. if people would like it..
Thanks for any input I still have a little time to make changes if anyone has any ideas. or suggestions..
also I did not pick the upgraded stereo anyone have it..
    thanks.

You are doing the carbon fiber cup older but not the central bridge - the part just forward of the cup holder? Also the carbon fiber led wheel as opposed to the driver's zone? Sorry but I'm a carbon fiber junkie. It sure is easy to spend OPM.

Yes , I saw one with the carbon fiber cup holder and the alum. bridge and carbon fiber dash and I thought it looked real nice since the door handles and other parts are still alum.. made a nice contrast.. in fact it is in the brochure shown that way.
Regarding the drivers zone vs the led wheel only my salesman convinced me it was not worth the extra (about 3500).. thinking about changing adding that..

Very nice Larry. Congratulations! I think having the lifter is a good idea, especially if you ever decide to lower the car.

    Hi Larry
Why don't you consider the RED tachometer to tie up with the red stitching. Also perhaps RED calipers as I think more than two colours on a car clash in your case red, yellow and the ciouo and the black trim.

I like the Yellow calipers they tie in with the wheels and Shields.. You might have a point on the yellow vs red tach.. will look at that again..
    Thanks

You could say the yellow tach goes to the yellow surround of the Cavallino Rampante on the steering wheel.... :)

Agree with yellow rev to match the center of the wheel. Since you don't ever see the inside and outside of the car I agree with matching exterior parts (shields and calipers) and interior parts. I would generally go with Nero stiching with ciouo since nothing else on the interior is Rosso, the stiching would look out of place from a design point. However, At the end of the day Its your car not mine....:)

I didn't get the lifter, simply because stock it sits high enough. And if you do lower it you can get the Novitec lifter with the suspensions. I did get the upgraded hi-fi as it does add a better sound quality, extra speakers and an amp. Decided the hi-fi would be much more useful than the lifter.

As for the carbon, i went with the same Combo as you (except the carbon dash). I will post pics if you want when I pic the car up next week. Just the cup holder in carbon finishes off the inside perfectly (IMO).

I didn't get the front lift either. I'm finding that there is a lot of clearance, more so than my '09 Maser GTS.

Who uses a stereo in a Ferrari? The exhaust sounds are all the music you need. :)

    Get what you want.

I think the stereo is not a bad thing- some of us like our tunes and if you want to get a better sounding stereo after the fact, it will cost you 2-3x going in to get a similar result, and it will cost you a few grand when you go to sell because you screwed with the on board electronics.... Its really a better move to get the upgraded radio, unless you really don't care about the music in your street car Ferrari. And if you don't care about music, do you care about AC? How about traction control? Why weigh it down with that heavy DCT... and we can go on and on.......

Red stitching (and piping and red horsies on the headrests) look great on a red car.

You could get red after maket floormats. Black with red horsies works for me.

    Yellow tach is classic.

Got a call from the dealer today the car is now status 10 along with the notice that I only had a few more days if I wanted anymore changes .. so I decided to add the carbon fiber engine compartment and air boxes so I am done now.. but I think it will be pretty nice..... still looking for a November completion...
I went with a standard paint and added all the carbon fiber for about the price of the upgraded paint.. crazy or not ..
    Now the wait continues.....
