FINALIZED MY F12 ORDER

Thought I would give my 500 mile impressions for those who like.. First word that comes to mind is WOW this is one fast car .. low end torque is fantastic (viper/ corvette like) , the sound is unlike anything else I have had . I added capristo remote at the dealership and so glad I did . This adds a very throaty idle when you want it..I have driven it on a 200 delivery trip which was just great no complaints at all and for around town very docile for the monster it is .. I even had the chance to take it on an very early morning country winding road ride (about 50 miles ) and it is very nice but still need to get used to the power unlike my SCUD this is a car that adding to much power could definitely end up with an issue so far I have managed to let the tail out a couple of times and got it right back in line... tremendous power and cold weather makes for a tricky control issue until the tires warm up...
THe biggest compliant I have is it seems like I accidentally hit the windshield wiper about once a day.. no big deal..so many buttons on the wheel.....I bought the upgraded sound system and it really makes a nice difference compared the the others I have had with std radio..


one last thing did I mention the car sounds fantastic unlike anything else .. nothing like a flat plane high compression , high revving V12......

No .. In fact it was the ferrari service department that suggested that they install the remote and they stock them at FOW...

 

I believe it was set on sport and shifting manual .. I think the issue was mostly due to cold tires and road.. maybe a little to much throttle . they were low/ mid speed like entering a freeway in early morning.. the throttle is very immediate with all the torque the low to mid range end has.. .all and all controllable ...but fun.....

 

YOu have a nice product .. I have it on my 550 also ... you may recall I met and spoke to you at a home depot a couple of weeks ago..(in west Palm or Riveria beach )
