So, like everybody else, for years I've cleaned my 355's windows with Sprayway glass cleaner (the stuff in the blue-and-white spray can). And I've consistently had a greyish film on the inside of the windshield - presumably from outgassing and crud wafting off from the leather cleaner I use on the leather dash top. This month's Consumer Reports recommended 3M Auto Glass Cleaner. I bought a spray can on Amazon. Finally my 355 windshield is clean on the inside... it took cleaning the inside windshield several times to get it perfect. Who knew it's actually sunny in L.A. and not always foggy...

You could also claybar the glass to get it super clean.

Any glass cleaner will work. Use crumpled newspaper to polish at the end. It removes all the residue and leaves none behind.

I like the clay bar idea. I shall try that next time!

I do mine once a year with cerium oxide then a friction glaze, rainx type thingy
Gets all the crap off and can polish out light scratches

Plain water on a slightly damp cloth and elbow grease works, too.

I find a glass microfibre cloth really helps the cleaning of the inside of the car windows
