    I general is there a difference between designing using helmholtz baffles vs. dissapative as far as sound quality we like and power we want. Or does it make no difference. 355's I think and 550's for sure used a combo with vaccum operated valves to add in the dissapative exhaust to helmholtz baffles when the demand for freer flow is needed. Is this really all for sound or lack there of at low rpms or does this combo really make more power?

The sound itself is a result of proper ratios of the following ingredients:

    2.7 lbs. eye of newt

    3.4 L 348TS SS

    24 oz. of batwings

    30 pounds mandrel bent 304 stainless

    12 incense laden incantations at the strike of midnight

    And folks this is just the sound from Ozzie's Level 1 exhaust. He has a Level 2 exhaust as well that is supposed to be louder and more F1-ish. :)

    One day your exhaust and high flow cats will be on my car.

    Wow, I want my 348 to sound like that! As I was watching, I thought to myself: "Self, I would really like to hear what it sounds like in a tunnel" and before I could complete the thought....

    I certainly hope your skunkworks is getting ramped up for full scale production as I think there is a line forming! :)
