It was bound to happen. While putting the top down this morning on the Mondial Cab, one of the clasps holding the top to the window frame broke. Before I order one from Ricambi (which I'm told will eventually also brake) I have to ask you all a question: I remember some fellow Mondial owners who were talking about engineering a replacement made of some sort of superior material. Has that been actually done? And if so, how do I order a couple? Cheers
I think I'd ask Verell if it's something he's already done, or if it's something he might consider doing.
Fchatter Ron Frohock ("ronfrohock") is the guy who made the replacements that are much stronger than OEM. Not sure if he has more. He was trying to get a group buy going but didn't get many interested parties. Birdman
