Finally did it and Traded for 488.

Sup guys. I just pulled the trigger and traded my 13’ corso 458 spider for a giallo 488 GTB. It’s a 2017. Previous owner placed a serious sound system tastefully done so that was a nice bonus as we all know the OEM sound is pretty weak. I love it so far but it’s raining cats and dogs here in Dallas so I can’t drive it now. Here’s a pic of it in my garage. Nicely optioned with plenty of CF.

Well its still raining which ordinarily I would love (l love sleeping in the rain) but with a new Jet in the garage this sucks. Anyways just some initial impressions:
1) My 458 bluetooth never sync'd my phone properly so thats a huge improvement here where your phone actually works in the car and also no need for that Bovee 1000 adapter (which I had to unplug and replug prior to each drive for bluetooth streaming).
2) Seats are electric which the wife loves, personally I like the options power seats give you so we agree on that (ordinarily I could care less what she thinks when it comes to cars).
3) the power is enormous and I heard the turbos wind up when I punched it on my way home, torque is on demand and the dreaded lag that I had on my '14 12C (below 3K RPM) spyder is nonexistent. The sales guy said there's a 0.07 second lag which pretty much means I won't feel it. The sound isn't QUITE as intoxicating as the 458 NA but I'm actually shocked how good it sounds being a turbo. Yes, the car had the exhaust valves opened which is an absolute must on these cars.
4) I'm not sure if I'm going to lower this one yet, but I'll have the Novitech springs available for 458s if someone is interested they'll be for sale at half price.
5) I'm not a technical car guy and I don't track my cars, at least not yet, so I apologize if this isn't more helpful for any future potential 488 hopefuls.
6) Overall: Few men in life get to own and drive Ferraris. I am truly blessed. Appreciate the love fellas, God Bless.
