Man.....you're the carbon KING! :D
Final item on my list are the carbon manifolds which should go in in a month or two. After that, I’ll do another glamour shoot with the car completely finished (I hope). Not really interested in the carbon doorhandles, gas cap, and hood because I think they don’t look good against the red. If I had a black, white, or grey car, on the other hand, would definitely get them
Owwww . THESE are expensive Simon ….. but sure a very nice piece of art in there ! Think of making leds to show them at night … (here my proto with only one side working yet) Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yep, makes no financial sense whatsoever but I keep my cars indefinitely and enjoy them for decades so in that sense, anything I put into it that will increase my enjoyment is money well spent. All about the smiles per gallon

When I bought it I did not realize that it was shaped a little differently to enhance airflow and increase power a bit. I’m trying to keep the car completely factory spec so I bought another carbon air box. Nothing wrong with that one, just my mistake
The volume at idle or low RPM is probably not really noticeable unless you do it side-by-side but once in the mid to higher rpm’s it is definitely noticeable and more aggressive. The pitch is also higher. Will do a more thorough test drive on Sunday when I have time. Won’t really make any videos but if you look on YouTube, there are already some side-by-side comparisons of stock versus sport exhaust. I would say if you want a crazy loud, aftermarket sound, these aren’t for you. If you want a bit more volume than normal with a more pleasant pitch, I highly recommend this
Your car looks great Is this a 4x4 Ferrari? Replace your springs to Novitec sportsprings and you are finish.
Thanks. I know it looks like it is riding high in some of the images where the wheels are turning but that is only the case when the wheels are sideways and part of it is also due to the cameras angle and location. That said, I thought about doing the factory ride height lowering but opted against it as some of our roads have pretty bad potholes and other parts aren’t perfectly smooth. Our apartment driveway also has a bit of an angle to get into the basement so even though it might look a bit higher than the average 458 sometimes, I prefer the peace of mind of not having the car hit or bottom out. Finally, not really looking to include “aftermarket“ manufacturers in my car at this point even though I do recognize that Novitec are top-quality and are one of the few if not only ones I would consider putting in my vehicle

Back home. I love the look. Definitely sets it apart from the majority. Being completely objective, the painted mirrors probably look more elegant but these look more racy/aggressive to me. Opinions will probably be split on it though Image Unavailable, Please Login
