I guess I can now post on the forum since I made an offer today and it was accepted. Friday I'll pick up my first F car! Black/tan 360 F1. I'm sure you guys can remember the feeling you had when you got your first F car. Scratch another one off my personal bucket list. Now I can't wait to get it on the Blue Ridge Parkway with the Eagles on the stereo and my babe beside me.
Highly recommend you get one of your dealer's mechanics to ride with you a few miles and give you a lesson on the F-1. Took me half a clutch to get the feel of the thing over the first 2k miles, actually helps to give gas when shifting rather than backing off, counterintuitive. A few pointers could save you some early and unnecessary wear and tear.
