    After months of searching and years of dreaming, my F430 is finally on the way to its new home. Last week, I purchased a one owner 2008 that I fell in love with as soon as I saw it. Just got the call this morning that the car will be here later today! Can't wait! Thanks to everyone on the forum who helped me out with answers to all of my questions. Definitely made the purchase process less intimidating. Here's a pic from the dealership:

    CONGRATULATIONS.... Very nice!!! Really like the Black exterior, yellow calipers / shields but then I am biased since that's what is in my garage. :-D

    Take a plethora of delivery pics, maybe a video. Its priceless. I have my delivery pics from all my Ferraris. I always look 5 years younger ;)

    Thanks for all of the good wishes. Well tonight I took her out for the first time tonight and covered 130 miles! Driving this car is so addictive. Hearing that exhaust note change as the bypass valves opened up was the highlight for me. I took her through some of the tunnels in town as well and that really heightened the experience! As I'm driving along I noticed the unmistakeable headlight pattern of a Crown Vic behind me to my left in the passing lane. He wasn't passing just hovering along behind me observing. At the time, I was driving 60 in a 55 speed limit zone, but was still a little nervous. Those of you in Virginia know how strict the speeding laws here are. Well he turned out to be a State Trooper. He stayed behind me for a while and eventually pulled up beside me to pass, turned on his interior dome light, and gave me a big thumbs up!

    I love this car!
