Finally received my display cases for the collection!

A couple weeks back I ordered 2 custom display cases from Showcase Designs in Minnesota who I found on Ebay. To check them out, go to www.showcasedesigns.biz

The owner himself delivered and set up the cases at my house in NC for a reasonable fee and I'm quite pleased with the product.

Check out the pics of the cases and the collection...or at least 3/4 of it. As big as the display is, I didn't have room to display all my models the way I wanted to but I'll figure something out for the other 50 cars plus whatever I continue to buy.

...and yes, I know everything isn't exactly straight

2600 USD total including delivery (approx 1100 miles) and setup.

Without the mirrors, it would've been 2000 USD but the mirrors were a must. Also, this is in a small room and the mirrors make the room feel larger.

 

6 glass shelves in each case plus the bottom.

 

I've got a red Jouef I'd sell you. Its not the same as a CMC of course...
