    Depending on where you are and what trucks are leaving, this is not a horribly unusual situation. My understanding is that Sandy is screwing up US customs also.

    You should contact the dealer and find out when it will be processed and shipped. It's in the dealer's interest to get the car to you as they don't get paid until you pay for it.
