Finally worked out a Settlement with Silicon

I am sure all you guys are sick of hearing me ***** about what happened when I bought my car. ie: the entire engine out service done wrong, new clutch ect.
Well this is the last you will hear of it "Praise the Lord" The shop that did the service says they will re-do the service yet not pay for someone else to do it. Their warrenty does not cover that. Only that they will re-do their own cluster F#@$! Noway that was going to happen.
The dealership who I bought it from, who ran a PPI and didn't catch it has agreed to send me check and cover the whole amount of the re-do service TonkinGT performed. That leaves me stuck with the purchase of the new clutch and install. However the dealer did say that they will take those $$$ I spent on my clutch and take off towards the purchase of my next F-car. So rather than go to court, stress, worry about it ect I agreed.
The GM of Silicon Auto Valley says they missed it in PPI and customer service is their business. So they are eating the re-do. I guess I am happy to get some $$$ back and be done with it. Plus a $6,000 discount off my next car???
