Finance / banking / lending positions out there?

I've posted about this before & had some good responses, so I'll try it again:

I am seeking a career position in the Dallas area based upon my background experience of banking, lending, insurance, retail management, auto finance, and financial service sales. My key interest areas include commercial lending, credit or business analysis, branch management, automotive finance manager, and investment or private banking.

I most recently have been with Countrywide, but market problems surfaced. I survived 4 much publicized "workforce reductions" by remaining in the top production tier, but they announced a 42% cut in pay in November and yet still acknowledge a severe problem in the processing department that continually delays loan closings; thus really impacting most earnings above the already very small base that they are cutting. Not sure what business plan they are following, but I can't afford to continue to being a part of it.

I overstayed at Countrywide on promises and depleted my resources to the point that I cannot afford the luxury of accepting a 100% commission-only position that involves a "ramp-up" period to start earning any income. Bad deal for anyone in a sales capacity, I know.
