    Some of you may be aware of the issues I have had the last several days so I thought it best that I get some advice. Is there anything specifically I should look for or ask a potential new GP (General Practitioner)? Basically they will just be my "Go to guy or gal" for my prescriptions and general maintenance issues.

    If I left anything out please let me know.

    Get an internal medicine doc instead of a family practice doc. Narrows the field to adults. Every step to expertise is good. Sit down & talk on your 1st visit & if you don't feel good find another. Communication is key.
