How would I go about finding information out about someone? Do I just do a google search and hope or is there a way to get a little bit more? And no Im not trying to stalk anyone!
Um not to get all heart to heart with everyone. I have never meet my dad so today driving home I figured I would look some stuff up and just kinda see... I dont really know. I know where he lives I just never really cared to connect and talk. Not sure if it is even a good idea or not yet. Thanks thow.
George... I would think that through a little more before you start knocking on his door... It might be a great idea; just take everything into consideration before you take a huge step like that... Whatever you decide to do, good luck; I hope it works out for the best...
If you know the city and it's a large enough city, see if the library has a 'city directory', it should list his address. And where he works/occupation. If you can find only a phone number, Google that and it might show you who owns the number (and their address), etc. As was said, think about it: you may want to see him, he may not want to see you, would you be ready for that ?
A couple people have suggested that your dad may not want to meet you. That is something you may have to deal with...or would you rather forget about seeing him and go through your life wondering what it would have been like to talk to him? It could turn out good, it could suck....only one way to find out. Something tells me you need to know more about him than what you already know and you probably have a lot of unanswered questions that he needs to answer. I know how that feels...and it sucks when people feel they can come and go into your life at their convenience. Anyway, I wish you the best...do what you feel is right Glenn
check out zabasearch.com maybe if he owns his own business it will list his work address. Good luck with your search there was a thread way back when about an f-chatter who found his mom the same way. Erik
